J. Da Storm is a Louisville, KY born and Greensboro, NC bred artist with a passion and love for music. She began her songwriting career at the tender age of 12 when she attended the Academy at Lincoln, where she was a gospel choir member and minored in chorus. During her high school and college years, she was a member of the marching band playing both the tenor saxophone and trombone. After some time away from the music scene, J. kicked off her musical career by performing at the bi-annual Pasos Con in Dallas, TX with her first single “Fantasy”. Since then, J. Da Storm performs at local open mics and hosts open mics at the Centennial Station Arts Center.
